From the West: (New York and U.S. outside New England)
From Albany (I-87/I-90) take I-87 to exit 7 (Route 7 Troy/Bennington).
Take Route 7 east to Vermont border (where it becomes VT9)
Take VT9 east into downtown Bennington.
Turn right (south) on U.S. Route 7.
Apple Valley Inn & Cafe is on Right (west) just outside Town of Bennington.

From the North: (Eastern Vermont)
Take U.S. Route 7 south through Bennington.
Apple Valley Inn & Cafe is on Right (west) just outside Town of Bennington.

From the East: (Northern New England - Western VT, New Hampshire & Maine)
Take Route 9 from I-91 in Brattleboro west to Bennington.
In downtown Bennington, turn left (south) on U.S. Route 7.

From the South: (Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island)
From I-90 (Mass Pike) take Lee Exit (Exit 2) and head north on Route 20.
In Lenox, Route 20 joins with U.S. Route 7.
Continue North on Route 7 past Vermont border.
Apple Valley Inn & Cafe is on Left (west) approximately 9 miles from border.
